VFW Post 4933 operates a canteen, The Dam Tavern, and serves water, sodas and beer. Simple pub grub is also available.
The servers have permits and training in liquor serving and food handling as required by law. Permits are issued by the Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) only after a training certificate is issued and the server is registered.

Thursdays - 1700 to 2200 HRS
Fridays and Saturdays - 1700 to 2400 HRS
The Canteen is governed by the Canteen Manager, Post House Committee and House Rules.
